Justin is the Senior Business Rules Consultant at BP3 Global Ltd. based in the UK. He has a background in software development and systems architecture, with over 15 years of experience with Java SE and EE and over 10 years of application server experience with Websphere 8 and Weblogic.
Justin's background spans a wide array of different areas within BPM including: Implementation of different BPM platforms, IBM Bluemix, Rules Analysis and Design, Best practices, Rules and Decisions, Service Development, Decision Service Build and Deployment, End-user training, Integration of Business Rules and BPMS, etc.
Justin is also a certified developer for IBM BPM 8.0 and ODM 8.0. His technical skills include Implementation of Continuous Integration Technologies such as Maven, Nexus, GIT, Jenkins, etc. He has previously held software developer and systems architect positions at companies Modexe Limited, Esure, and Worksuite.
